Joyce Rathee She/her
Joyce is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor who plays an integral role at Wonderful Mind, supporting our psychology team and overseeing our clinical assessment process. Grounded in a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed framework, Joyce provides dedicated clinical supervision to help our practitioners grow, reflect, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
In her supervisory role, Joyce works closely with our team to guide every stage of the assessment journey—ensuring our evaluation procedures are thorough, practical, and deeply respectful of each client’s unique profile. She also draws on her rich therapeutic background in EMDR, ACT, CBT, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to mentor clinicians working with complex trauma, neurodivergence, sensory overload, and emotional regulation challenges.
