Enquiry questions
Do I need a referral to make an enquiry?
No. Families can contact us directly. If you want to claim Medicare rebates for psychology, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician.
What happens after I submit the referral form?
Our intake team will call you within 2 business days to talk through your concerns, funding and availability, and match your child with the right clinician.
What should I have ready?
Your child’s details, your contact details and how therapy will be funded. NDIS participants should have their NDIS number and plan manager details handy.
What if I cannot afford therapy?
Please call our team on (03) 8104 9051. We will listen with understanding and discretion and talk through your options, including low-cost sessions with supervised students completing their clinical placements.

Your first appointment is usually a 90-minute session with parents or carers.

Therapy begins
Regular sessions in Doreen, Craigieburn or by telehealth.
