About the event
This group is designed to provide a safe space where parents/carers of children and
young people with disabilities can connect with each other while engaging in creative
activities. Participants are invited to use art materials as a way of exploring their own
feelings and experiences. It can be a time of self-focus and reflection and/or an
opportunity to share with others. You don’t have to be “good at art”, as it is the process
itself which is beneficial.
