What to Expect
Our therapist-led sessions focus on the healing power of tactile materials. By engaging the senses, participants can ground themselves and find new ways to express feelings that might be difficult to put into speech.
Throughout the year, the group will explore a variety of mediums, including:
Photography: To explore perspective and self-image.
Painting: To release emotions through color and movement.
